In addition to its title sponsorship of the KHSAA Boys’ Sweet 16® State Basketball Tournament, PNC Bank will again award 32 one-time $1,000 scholarships, with one boy and one girl from each region receiving a scholarship. This scholarship award is open to any senior student-athlete in Kentucky that participates in any KHSAA sanctioned sport. Scholarships will be based on excellence in three areas --
Academic Achievement, Leadership at school and Community Service.

Students must include a school photo and letters of reference.
Mail the form to the KHSAA, Attn: Butch Cope, 2280 Executive Drive,Lexington, KY 40505.
Applications must be received by the KHSAA by Friday, Feb. 24, 2012.
If you do not include all requested information, your application will not be considered. Winners will be notified by mail in early March.
