YEARBOOKS HAVE ARRIVED!
The 2017 Bluegrass, the CCH yearbook, is currently being distributed during homeroom time. Because of few homeroom times over the past week, distribution is running slowly. We have almost given out the current seniors and sophomores’ books. We hope to finish next week with the juniors. If your son missed out on a chance to get the 2017 yearbook, have them stop in to see Mrs. Ruth (214) and purchase one for $60.
For anyone interested in Swimming, there will be a mandatory informational meeting for parents on Monday October 2nd at 7pm in the multi-purpose room. The meeting will last roughly 30 minutes.
Please note the following for past due balances in FACTs. Please log in to check that you are current on all tuition and fees:
The school’s policy is that all fees must be current for the student on the account to receive their first quarter report card. Also, if the account is past due for the 2nd or 4th semesters, the student on the account will not be able to sit for exams.
Please remit the necessary payments due by Thursday, October 5th.
You have the following payment options:
- Pay online through FACTS – Preferred method
- Call FACTS to pay
- Mail a check to the FACTS lockbox at PO Box 2597

AMAZON REWARDS - Don't forget to use the Amazon link on the CCH website and on the bottom of this email when ordering from Amazon. It costs nothing extra to you and CCH gets credit for the sale. So far this year we have been able to get an industrial size shredder and have replaced the refrigerator in the faculty dining room.
If you prefer to send your son's lunch money to school instead of using the online payment method, please have him drop his money in the box on the counter of the main office first thing in the morning. This helps to speed up the lunch line.
